We are developing a number of bread, viennoiserie and laminated dough courses with master baker Fabrice Teston.

Fabrice is no stranger to us as he has already taught courses for us at York Cookery School. Now we are working with him to develop some short professional courses for the Yorkshire Academy of Chocolate & Patisserie that we know will be superb.
